What does a rock represent? Strength, stability.
A rock gives neither one way nor the other.
A rock can represent patience, for it remains steadfast…
unless or until it is move by some force.
I have found the most precious Rock!
He, too, is steadfast, stable, sturdy and strong!
I have found Him to be Someone Who can always be relied upon!
Oh, one day, a mighty Force will move my Rock.
On that day great shouts from heaven and earth shall resound,
Until that great and terrible day, my Rock remains ever the same,
A comfort, a solace to all who kneel before Him on holy ground.
My Rock has a name, which will never change—The Rock of Salvation!
Jesus the Christ!
